Never a good sign . . .

. . . uhh, yeah, it's never a good sign when you walk into your son's classroom and he's the only one sitting on the carpet, while the rest of the class is at the tables.
It's even worse when, after being asked what he did, he answers
"I made something deadly."
I had to ask him to repeat this several times before seeking further explanation from his teacher. Logan's class had colored snowman.
Innocent enough, right?

We like to call this little work of art: Snowman gets whacked!

(Craig's response to this? "Boys will be boys"

That's hilarious! I think he's gifted. :)

I had to chuckle at the differing perspectives: church-school teacher "Bad, stay on rug in timeout"; public school teacher "I think he's gifted". Coming from the public school arena and being his grandmother, I'm definitely leaning towards the gifted side although he definitely needs more work in anatomy, unless of course he was going for a non-lethal hit (NCIS terminology).

Perhaps Logan has been concerned about laundry. In our house, this picture could be salsa spilled down the front of us (or a Sonic watermelon slush perhaps). These things are only deadly when they don't come out in the wash. Something to think about.
